Brittany J. Bell, MS, MBA, MLS(ASCP)CM, MBCM, is the vice president of the Commercial Pharma Services division at NeoGenomics Laboratories. Ms. Bell oversees the Pharma Services Business Development, Scientific Affairs, and Alliance Management teams, encompassing her commercial responsibilities. A resident of New Jersey, she frequently travels to the NeoGenomics laboratories across the country and meets with clients worldwide. Ms. Bell holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh, a master's degree in Medical Laboratory Science from Thomas Jefferson University, and an MBA from Temple Fox School of Business. She is certified by ASCP in Medical Laboratory Science and Molecular Biology and actively maintains these certifications through the ASCP certificate maintenance program.

In her role, Ms. Bell emphasizes the critical role of laboratories in supporting clinical trials for drug development, particularly in oncology. She is passionate about promoting the laboratory field and has mentored numerous young professionals, helping them launch their careers in laboratory science and realize the robust career path available to certified laboratory professionals.

Ms. Bell’s passion is to elevate the visibility and recognition of laboratory professionals, advocating for their crucial role in healthcare. She is driven by a commitment to fostering innovation and excellence in laboratory science and showcasing the support of laboratory professionals across the healthcare continuum. Some of her career accomplishments include serving on the ASCP Council of Laboratory Professionals and leading initiatives that significantly enhance NeoGenomics' commercial engagement and operational efficiencies.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, she is actively involved in volunteer and advocacy efforts aimed at increasing awareness and visibility within the laboratory professional community. She enjoys mentoring young professionals and participating in activities that support the growth and development of the laboratory field.
